We collect, store and process various kinds of personal information -

which you provide when filling in forms or contact us in any other way, for example by letter, online work booking, phone and during an initial visit. This information is used by us so that we can, for example, process your job booking, manage your maintenance program with us, fulfil requests, communicate effectively and keep accurate records. On occasion, we may also use your personal information for internal administration purposes to analyse our operations and conduct our service to you. The lawful basis for processing your information is our legitimate interests.

The information we gather includes

your name and/or trading name, contact details (including email address), address and/or site address, correspondence between us (including emails, letters, website comments, telephone messages or telephone call notes etc), transactional information such as your preferences, service history, purchase history, complaint details, reasons for joining or cancelling, bank details for our Direct Debit service and other information that is needed to provide and improve our, and your service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information -  

We share your data only with partners who share our commitment to protecting your privacy and data. This may include our employees, legal representatives, accountants or other professionals necessary for the operation of our legitimate business interests. Your personal information will be shared with our service partners only when necessary to provide services or process payment. We may need to disclose your information if required to do so by law. Your personal information will not be given to any other third parties without your consent other than that which is already publicly available. You may voluntarily give us sensitive information that we have not requested (such as health, financial circumstances or membership of political or trade unions) and that information will only be stored for the purpose of fulfilling your request and keeping accurate records and not for any other purpose unless you give us consent.

You have the right to ask to see the personal data -

you have given us and request amendment, correction, deletion (where lawful), restrict processing or withdraw consent where relevant. Please note that we will be unable to provide our services to you if we do not have your permission to store and process your personal information that we would reasonably need.

Your personal data will only be stored -

for as long as it is necessary to maintain our business relationship with you or fulfil our accounting and record keeping responsibilities.
If you are unhappy about the way your personal data is used by us, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office.

 Your right to cancel -

within 14 days is you right. We will provide our service within that time if asked and agreed to do so. If you wish to cancel within this time, then it is your right to do so. Work already completed, and material already purchased will be forfeit. If a deposit has been taken, then it will be refunded, less the above of work completed and material purchased. Labour only work already undertaken with permission will be due payment within 7 days of cancellation.
